If you look in your printer, almost every time it will tell you the exact ink you need for replacement. It's the proper cartridge, so it works as it should many thumbs up for keeping them in stock. even for these older models.

Quality good, Firmware BAD!

They quite often do Firmware updates to the headset. "fixing" problems that are creating new ones. "Automatic Shutdown" has to be interupted or the headset tries to shut down at some inappropriate times. ie: Skype convos, listening to music, etc

Does this model have a metal base? If not, which Sunbeam mixer has a metal base?
Not sure what you mean by a Metal Base, But this unit is built rather solid. The adjustable bowl adaption makes it much easier to get the edges of the bowl and the entire unit is built solid.. no loose bits or any thing. if you are looking for professional quality at a home budget.. this is in my opinion rather close.

Is the small bowl included in the price along with the big bowl. It shows it in the picture but doesn't talk about it in the description
No, When we purchased it, it only came with the Large bowl and the standard mixer adapter. I think those are additional bits you will be able to purchase or order. But it does the job amazingly
