what is the battery live per charge

My wife charges about every 3 days or so when compared to the Fitbit charge that lasted about 5-7 days. Not bad considering my apple watch gets me through about two days max.

Can the life time fee transfer to the new unit or do I have to pay seperately for the new unit?

No, lifetime is for the unit only, but does stay with the unit and increases the value of you choose to sell it at some point. Also, TiVo now gives you lifetime warranty support so it doesn't matter if the unit fails in the future, although in the past 10 years I have never had that issue

Can you run more then one tv with this dvr. I already have cable in the other room, can I connect to this box too?

Technically no, although you can split the hdmi out from say an av receiver but you are better off buying a TiVo mini
