Geek installers went the extra mile

On day of installation it was discovered that a key component was not on the original purchase list and therefore a complete installation might not be achieved. However, with a phone call, a store manager was contacted and he drove out to my home with the component and the install was a complete success. Understanding the time pressure install teams are under, I was grateful they stayed the extra time to make my first experience the best it could be.
