Got the Samsung 32in curved to add to my set up and improve productivity. I'm a full time grad student and I also work in the finance industry from home on a regular basis.

For the money this was a steal! I wanted a large monitor that wasn't really thin(height) like some of the competition but I didn't want to spend nearly $1000 on a single monitor. This was the prefect product, the screen is so big I can have up to four usable windows open at a time, great for research on one side and writing a paper on the other. The height of the screen really allows you to maximize the real-estate.

The only downside is the lack of ports and that its only HDMI and DVI. My work computer only has VGA but for the $20 VGA to HDMI converter its an easy compromise.

Absolutely love this monitor and it makes 15-20hr days in-front of the screen between homework work and work a lot easier on the eyes. I would recommend using the eye saver setting as it dims the screen a lot and is much softer on the eyes for extend periods of time.

Does this monitor come with the Eye Saver mode to give it a matte type look with little to no glare?

Yes the Samsung 32in curved has eye saver mode and I would highly recommend it. I'm a full time grad student and I work from home a ton so I spend a ton of time in-front of the screen and eye saver mode is a blessing. Without it my eyes would be killing me.

The glare is reduced a lot and its dimmed quite a bit, I think its more functional then when its not on.
