The 2.7-inch touch screen of this HP ENVY all-in-one printer lets you configure options for printing, scanning, copying and faxing.
I purchased this printer and was not able to print both sides of the page. I called HP and they have to do some research on how to solve this issue. Does anybody have an answer as to how to print on both sides of the page with the ENVY 7855?
The printer has a duplexer. to print on s sides you must select the 2- sided printing option in the printing software on your computer or mobile device.
To copy or print received faxes, load original in feeder or scanner glass, on the home screen touch "copy" or "fax" Select settings you wasn't, touch the option
for 2-sided output. Start the task and follow on screen instructions.
