I replaced my cpu fan with this. CPU fan had 4 wire connector but this has only 3, just plugin to the left three prongs..speed is still controlled by bios. Great, is compatible. Has adapter included if you just want to connect to power supply.

Accomplish more on your PC with these PNY desktop DIMM modules, which have a clock frequency of 1600MHz. The DDR3 sticks have a combined capacity of 16GB to let you load and utilize more applications at the same time. These PNY desktop DIMM modules have excellent thermal performance to prevent overheating.

Don't think this fan will fit in ANY laptop.
