Just takes a while to go through everything. However, the basics are really easily mastered and you can take awesome shots (pretty much) right out of the box. Now having said that, the navigation is really deep, since there are so many things to get used to, and so many options. I also got the EF70-300 zoom to compliment the included 18-135 so that just about every zoom need is covered with two lenses. My other choice was the Nikon D7100, and it was a tough decision for a variety of mostly personal experience and familiarity type pros and cons. If you started out with film (like me) the total electronic transition is a learning curve all in itself. It will be awhile before I get a good handle on all the bells and whistles, but I think it's going to be fun. The 70D seemed like the next level forward for me because, in perspective, I had a Sony DSC-F707 for years, and it did a great job for it's tech-timeframe; and before that a film Canon A-1 (circa 1980's?).

I bought this to replace an AEW81 (with cooling and docking; 1 yr warrantee, but now discontinued and not available) purchased at Best Buy last July. The 2 fans quit working in late March this year. Targus would not repair it or replace it with the slightly more expensive AWE57US which has both cooling and docking, even if I offered to make up the price difference. I had to give up the docking capability and accept a much less expensive AWE55 as a replacement directly from Targus. So the product is OK as long as you don't need to rely on their warrantee, and expect equivalent functionality with any replacement they may see fit to offer with no recourse. Oh yes, now I have two Chill Mats - one purchased and one they sent me - neither have docking capabilities like the AEW81 I originally bought.

Do you have to use distilled water or will softened tap water work? Can you add anything other than water in the solution?
The manual recommends distilled water. Water contaminants will clog the steam nozzle, which is applicable to the question about additives. Spray cleaners like 409, etc. on the extreme dirt areas of the floor or surface before steaming. then hit it with the steamer.

Two, 4 TB drives, 8 TB total, second 4 TB backs up auto the first 4 TB drive. Different ways to configure - User manuals available on line at WD and Best Buy. What's nice is that you get free 30 day toll free customer support at WD, that really works, and they really help if you get hung up for some reason. (Not to short change Best Buy Geeks, but the WD 'horse's mouth' has certain advantages, since they are specialists in WD MyCloud).
