NON-OEM charger included

The phone should be a great Moto G4, BUT BestBuy did not include the REAL OEM Motorola charger on this refurbished phone(didn't know that).
The item listing only says that the phone is included, nothing else. I did receive a Samsung charger and a Dynex(No-name) usb cord with the phone. Also the price for this refurbished phone fluctuates between $139-$179 in the last few weeks.
