I have to say that I am disappointed with the new Garmin Speak Plus. There is definitely a learning curve on using it and I have run into consistent problems. 1. My car is not parked within wifi distance of my house. When I get in my phone switches to 4G but not before the Garmin tries to connect so I have to disconnect the Garmin to restart to allow for connection. I also have on going problems with the connection being lost. The easy fix is to unplug and plug back in. Now for the big problem. I save the picture or video and then try to download them to my phone. The app wants me to be connected to wifi to download but it can only access the images if the phone is also connected to the camera. Once again.....my driveway is not within wifi distance of my house. So I am not sure how to get around this problem. The images are good. The directions for how to set the camera are poor. Lane departure works fairly well. The beep to let me know that the traffic in front is moving has not worked yet. I am sure that has to do with the camera placement but I have not been able to find the spot for it to work yet. Overall I may return as I don't believe the technology is quite there yet. It is nice to have Alexa with me and I enjoy listening to my Amazon music BUT I have not been able to find a way to get it to continue my music when I reenter the car. With each engine start I have to ask for a new search of the music.
