To me 'Sound' is everything! For the money these 5 speakers did the job I needed for a 30' x 20' family room.
Before buying I compared these to Bose and decided for the money this was the best buy for me. The sale on the speakers was also an incentive.
My only other desire would be to have a speaker set-up that was totally Wireless for the same amount of money or less---but I can only dream of that at this time.

Like this Universal remote. Seems I need ALOT of time/patience to learn how to program it so I don't have to use 3 or 4 remotes. Need to set up singular buttons from Direct TV remote and A/V receiver remote onto this universal remote (such as 'record', audio preference settings (for movies,sports events, theatre, etc.)... Much to learn yet on this device.
Would recommend to a friend with stipulation that it takes time and effort to learn how to program in extra button needs.

1. My 1st external SubWoofer. Love it.....
2. Like the adjustability. After Geek install I had to tone it down or would have blown windows and ears out.... The effect and quality of the unit is terrific.

I'm not super technical when it comes to AV receivers, but;
1. This is my 1st Digital A/V receiver. Love it. Still learning about it after 6 weeks...
2. All of the connectivity on this unit is superb. I'm an old retired Analog A/V receiver guy and am amazed at having this Digital world opened up to me with this unit. Learning a lot-much more to learn. Was glad I had Geek squad hook me up initially.
3. One negative; I would have liked to have a more in-depth User Manual provided with the product, or maybe there is something Online already that I don't know about. I do prefer having something in writing also. Maybe there's an in-depth manual online somewhere I can print out, but I don't know about it at this time.

Enjoy lifelike, crystal-clear images with this Sony KDL65W950B HDTV's 3D technology. To build a complete 3D home theater system, we recommend you purchase a 3D Blu-ray player, high-speed HDMI cable and an A/V receiver that is compatible with 3D products.

I feel I made the right choice in getting this TV. Picture is wonderful, this is my 4th Sony TV and I've loved them all. Was going to get the 4K set but glad I decided for now to get the Bravia instead. Mainly because of price and usability with 4k at this time. This is my 1st large (over 35") flat screen TV. I spent extra saved money on a home theatre system.
