I bought these to use with my Galaxy Note 8 and the work great. If you want to change the settings (i.e. the double tap function) you must pair the airbuds with an apple device (iphone, ipad, etc) to change the settings but the changes will carry over when paired with your Galaxy. The sound is great. I take off one star because the airpods frequently disconnect when using them to make phone calls. On occasion, one of the airpods will also stop working when listening to music for a few seconds, then click back on. Overall though I still recommend even for Galaxy users.

I bought two of these for my Note 8. The reason I'm giving 4 stars (instead of 5) is because on occasion the charger will stop charging in the middle of the night and I'll wake up with a phone at 60% (or less). The phone is in the middle of the charge, and I double check to make sure the charging starts, but for some reason, on rare occasions, it will just stop charging. I have two and they both are doing this. I would recommend this charger, just understand that some mornings you may need to recharge your phone.
