But, it's not miracle that some might want. Don't expect this to exactly duplicate every remote you have. To an extent, some of the shortcomings can be dealt with.
What I really needed was the activity feature. That turns the correct devices on/off and selects the correct inputs. I'm pretty satisfied with how that has worked.
BUT... I tried to setup and sync this using a USB 3.0 port. Simply put, the MyHarmony software and the 650 didn't work with USB 3.0. I ended up pulling the computer tower out to access the USB 2.0 ports on the back. Once the Logitech USB cable was plugged in to the USB 2.0 port, the problems went away.

Well, that's actually when and why I bought it.
This isn't the greatest Christmas CD ever. It's not even close to being the greatest. If you're a Jimmy Buffett fan you know you need this. It just has to be. For others, at Christmas, would you rather hear Jimmy Buffett or would you rather hear those little rodents, the Chipmunks?

Improvement over built in speakers

Mom's 28 year old console TV needed to be replaced. I knew the built in speakers needed to be supplanted. So I got this since no way would mom allow for a sub-woofer/satellite speakers. This unit does provide a noticeable improvement in sound quality versus the built in TV speakers. I'm happy with it. But with no mom limitation, I would have gone for a better unit.

Got this for mom to replace her 26 year old console tv. It's done a great job in that role.
I wouldn't rely on the built in speakers for sound, the sound quality is lacking, but that's expected. As for it being a smart TV... it's buggy. The web browser at times has good response and at others it just hangs and has to be exited and restarted. Enough times that you would consider it to be a pain to use.
