I was looking for a decent performance wireless mouse for gaming. I am not a professional by any means, but a decent experience was desired and being tethered to wires was not a practical solution for my setup.
Mouse feels good, works well, responses well, no jitter to note and no wires. Has two modes 100ms and 500ms, first is general purpose and I assume longer batter life, second is performance mode. I have set it to 500ms and everything has been fine. Very decent price IMHO.

My comcast internet service speed is 45 Mbps so how this router help me to download speed of 4600 Mbps
Router has ability to transfer data at faster rates, but will only run as fast as you can feed it. Hence if 45mpbs download is max from your WAN connection most you will see into house is 45mpbs. Internally though is a server or transferring between devices now the 1gig weird or faster wireless transfer rates can come into play, assuming of course your source device connection types and receiving source can manage data rates at higher speeds. Best way to think about this is router is unlikely to be bottle neck.

Do we need to plug in the power adaptor or it is plug n play/use hard disk?
You need power supply. It is not a power via usb drive.
