It is advertised as having 7 hours talk time but I can only get 6 hours maximum, Is it defective?
Mine shows 7 hrs of charge talk time

Yes either ear just swing stalk one Way or the other

Unbelievable, there's an accesory for the accesory? How do you charge the Bluetooth?
I use wall charger from my iPhone with a micro Usb connector
