Broke in less than 24 hours

- The door that goes over the lightning port broke in less than a day (it won't stay closed), but before that happened...
- People I talk to (call) say that it sounds like I'm 10 feet away from my phone when the phone is right on my face.
- Then they would say that they hear about every 3rd word I say.
- There's real bad echo when I then move to speaker-phone-mode.
- Installed the case 5 times, trying to get the mute function to work. Can't get it to work (and I'm a mechanical engineering by training!)
- Case sometimes "pops open" when I press the power button.

Worth an exchange? No, because there's about 5 things broken - I'm not convinced that a new one will fix all of these things.
