This is my second Harmony remote. I first purchased a Harmony 1100 which was nice at the time but now is a piece of junk as it hasn't kept up with technology, Because it was $350.00 I feel it should have. doesn't really give that close of a shave all over. in trying to get that all over smooth shave it cuts too close in some places creating razer bumps for people with curly hair and not close enough in other places. doesn't really follow my face like it claims

You have to reset the filter light yourself. I know it's dumb but changing the filter doesn't reset the light. Check your owners manual
