We were having problems with our new Dell computer. We purchased the 1-year support they sat down with us looked at our computer checked it out & found a factory error in the equipment. They ended up replacing our laptop for us with a new one. No waiting months for the factory to fix it they were right on it & got it taken care of. Everything is running perfectly now. You can also record your weight (with their scale it will enter automatically), water intake & food consumption. I really like the Fitbit Charge2. I bought this one for my mother. I've had one for 2-years now. I wasn't sure I was going to like it since I haven't worn a watch in many years. It's pretty inexpensive, simple & easy to use & does a lot of things. I mainly use this to track my steps during the day. It gives me reminders along the way to remind me to get up & move. There are also goals you can set with the phone app. The other thing it does it tracks my pulse, sleep & sleep patterns. It will track exercise, flights of stairs & several other things I haven't used it for yet.If you install the app on your phone you can track things like weight, water & food intake. It also shows if I have a text or phone call coming in. Battery lasts all week. So I only recharge once a week. I will buy one of these again for myself again when this one wears out. 2-years & still going.
