Superb Machine Backed by the BEST Customer Service

This blender is powerful, easy to use and easy to clean. It could not be any better. I also love that it is made entirely in the United States.
Vitamix also offers the VERY BEST customer service. After making delicious fruit and vegetable drinks for about a month, I accidentally blended a spoon with my breakfast smoothie. The Ohio based Vitamix support team arranged to have the machine shipped to them, repaired and shipped back in a little over a week AT NO CHARGE. There is no better blender or customer support than those offered by Vitamix. I can not recommend them strongly enough.
