This suitcase is advertised at 31" but in reality I received a 28" suitcase. After checking the manufacturers website its not even made in 31". I tried calling customer service about this issue and was hung up on 3 times and then told to visit a store as over the phone they couldn't help me. I love the suitcase its beautiful but I wish they would advertise it correctly so people don't have the same problem I do.
