how far does the wifi connection go, in feet?
In my house, it does travel at least some 30 feet. My children can connect to it from their rooms, which are separated from it by one wall, and have experienced no loss in strength as compared to being in the same room as the router.

Windows 8.1 compatibility?
Any problems with this router and Windows 8.1 compatibility?
My daughter has a Windows 8.1 laptop and she had no issues connecting to it. I gave the password, she inserted it and she was on the internet immediately.
