The phone would not hold a charge for longer than an hour and would go from 35% right down to zero, shut off and then when plugging the phone back in to charge, would go right back up to 35%. It seemed like their were more than one sticker, which indicates to me that this was returned for the same reason and sold again. To me it seems like there should be just a little bit of quality control and if something is returned as defective, it probably shouldn't be resold.
