Thanks to Wolverine: Origins, The Last Stand will always be the second worst X-film. Brett Rattner has no visual style and the film suffers from start to finish. A lousy script but has moments that shine. At least the cast is invested even if the studio, director, and script writers aren't.

Great season overall. My only complaint is the use of CGI effects. Too many of them! The original movies were a testament to practical effects and it doesn't feel like that's the case in the show. But the characters and plot and narrative are all handled with great care.
