This fitness video pushes me to my limits. I have already seen results by following these routines. The video offers a beginner modification to the routines which have really helped me since I am not yet in good shape. The routines are easy to follow and Julian Michaels motivates me to keep going even when I feel I have to stop. Excellent program and it has increased my fitness level.

Overall, it works as advertised. Setup was a bit difficult as the buttons for setup are underneath the clip for one's belt/pants. The tracking seems accurate, yet there have been several times when the pedometer resets on its own during the day. Not sure how that could happen as in order to reset it, one has to press down the button and hold it for several seconds.
I bought this pedometer as there is a health challenge at my work and part of that includes tracking steps. Many of my co-workers have also purchased pedometers, all of them the Sportline brand, though all for much less money. They all seem to have about the same results: they keep accurate data, yet they spontaneously reset. If I were to purchase again, I would purchase a less expensive version.

What's great about it: it keeps track of steps, miles, and distance walked. when it works appropriately (about 80%) it keeps accurate data
What's not so great: it randomly resets during the day, losing data
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
