My previous Monster surge protector was 3,700 joules, but this one was only 1080. I was concerned about it until the Best Buy guys who hooked it up explained that our old plasma tv required more joules than the modern 4k ultra hd tv. I am taking them at their word. Of course, the cleaners are a plus.

This tv replaced an 8 year old plasma. I didn't think a picture could get any better than the plasma, but the Samsung 65" is great! We do not "stream" movies, so all we watch is through cable TV. I was surprised to see the screen darken whenever lights are turned out so that the brightness doesn't hurt ones eyes. We are not "techies," so it was good that the tv needed no adjustments for color, etc.

Ipad Pro 9.7 in. is an excellent tablet

I did considerable research on several tablets before deciding to buy the iPad Pro 9.7 in. We will be using it especially for traveling when we check our e-mail and research things. Setup was easy with Best Buy's Geek Squad. We bought an Otter Defender case to protect it and are very pleased with our purchase. Good size for use at home or traveling.
