I know pretty much what I am looking for, and I try to purchase products, that are compatible almost without question - usually that is the item produced by the same company. As i said, these inks have always worked well for me. Thank you. John 3, v 16.

Once again, Vince Vaughan is a good pick as a weasel, but with a heart, that just needed the right trigger to open it. The relationship with his brother Santa (Paul Giamatti) and their parents is something to think about; several cliches ( e.g. why can't you be more like your brother..." etc) seem to rush the plot line, but otherwise seem to fit in the story development. The heart development, and final giving of Fred does give a much better climax to the story than him continuing in his original direction of self-destruction, and just accomplishing the mission for Santa. A much better film with this climax as Fred sees himself finally, and seeing the needs of others as more important than himself. The caring for his young friend is a key part of the story, as it makes him start to see that sometimes old standards (the Naughty list) need to be reconsidered. The storyline of closing Christmas due to an efficiency expert (Kevin Spacey) leaves a bit to be desired, as we have no clue as to what organization gave him authority to discontinue Christmas - I know it is fiction (and other films have done similar challenges to the continuation of Santa and Christmas), but it would be nice to give this "ghost" an identity. As a comedy, the progression of the plot and the casting, overall, it hits the mark. Matthew 1, vs. 21.
The crime drama's third season takes on a darker and edgier tone, as it opens with the Machine missing and completely self-governed. Root (Amy Acker) has been confined to an insane asylum but is in constant contact with the Machine, while Finch (Michael Emerson) finds himself in a position where he's no longer the Machine's sole human contact. Meanwhile, Reese (Jim Caviezel) and Shaw (Sarah Shahi) continue their work preventing crimes from happening with the help of their usual NYPD contact, Det. Fusco (Kevin Chapman); and Carter (Taraji P. Henson), who has been demoted from detective to a uniformed police officer, wages a very personal war against the corrupt police organization HR. At the same time, new threats against Team Machine come to light, including Vigilance--a watchdog group committed to exposing overreaching government surveillance methods--and Decima Technologies, who tried and failed to take control of the Machine in the previous season and are now going to extreme measures to bring another surveillance system called Samaritan online.

Person Of Interest keeps building on the past that very slowly is integrated into nearly every show. The producers, writers, directors and cast masterfully produce a world that could frighteningly be more real than we may want it to be. Surveillance is too prevalent in society today, and the show gives plausible possibilities as to the results of a society that pushes God out of consideration, and allows unlimited control to Artificial Intelligence. I had little knowledge of the first season, because I had not started watching "Person of Interest" until the second season. Having the DVD of the first season, it was great to watch and get some questions answered as to how Finch and Reese's relationship began. The development of the plot structure where the machine senses acts of possible terror is intriguing, especially how the writers developed this early on in the series. The production does a very creditable job of developing the uneasy relationship between Fusco and Carter. Very good is Fusco returning to "good cop" status, as Carter's partner (arranged by Reese undercover), and then in another plot twist, being requested by Reese to go back to working with the "trash cops" life he thought he had left behind Reese's knowledge and use of offensive and defensive arts is instructive and entertaining. Good plot usage of times when Reese and Finch are temporarily foiled due to human error. The humor is well placed in all of the episodes, as is the buildup to suspense. Proverbs 3, vs. 5 - 6

What's great about it: great starting point of the relationship of the protagonists
What's not so great: lack of episodic commentaries; would like to know more of the behind the scenes
The second season of Person of Interest finds billionaire tech genius Harold Finch (Michael Emerson and his partner, ex-CIA operative John Reese (Jim Caviezel) find both their anonymity and their careers escape when adversaries from their past attempt to dismantle their good work. Elsewhere, NYPD Detectives Carter (Taraji P. Henson) and Fusco (Kevin Chapman) become further involved in the police conspiracy known as "HR".

I started watching "Person of Interest" during the second season, and was intrigued by the story lines. After watching this firsat season, it answered a lot of questions I had about Reese's and Finch's backgrounds (at least what was revealed). Excellent development of characters, (although a little fast paced). Great plot development of The director and writers to have Reese use Fusco, and then Carter, and to keep each of them in the dark about the other assisting Finch and Reese. The early wry (dry?) humour of Finch and especially Reese really moves things along, always timed well, even early in the first season and continuing. The weaving of technology with the emotional well-being of each character is explored well for the approximate 44 to 50 minutes that they have to develop new characters and relate to the protagonists (mainly Finch and Reese, and then Fusco and Carter. Also, the early references to the spiritual reality that they can rescue some and not all is well-played out when both Finch and more prevalently Reese struggle with human error and other detours that occur in the plot. Wish I would have gotten into this in the first season. One of the few recent shows on TV that I look forward to watching.

What's great about it: The humor - understated, but always well-timed
What's not so great: seasonal plots move a bit too fast; need more episodic commentaries
