Allows me to put my 15" computer in unpadded briefcase and in my bike pannier. I wouldn't be comfortable dropping the computer in this sleeve but for my purpose, this is just right. Having the large, deep and flat zippered pocket is a definite plus. Pocket fits a stylus, power brick (Lenovo) and mouse.

I really like the one piece compact design. No caps to lose and no slides or hinged covers to snag on things in pockets. I wasn't sure about the plastic insert part but it's held up with constant use. So small and light you don't feel it in your pocket.

When I bought my Surface Pro they put the shield on right in front of me and took a lot of time to line it up precisely and properly. I appreciated the care he took in getting it right. Since I was having some software loaded and would be picking up the Pro the next day, it was great that they put the shield on before working with the computer.

It may be smaller than a "regular" keyboard but after one use you won't notice the size. Keys work comfortably and efficiently. For me it was worth the extra $10 or so over the touchpad keyboard although I'm sure that works fine. I'm a university professor and it looks more professional in meetings and in the classroom.

Very good replacement for heavier laptop

Let me start out by saying that I'm well past 12 yo (I'm 63) so the learning curve for me is steeper than for most. I just don't find Windows 8 intuitive, but that's a software issue not a hardware issue. I had to download and print the manual (again, I'm old) but as I use the Pro it's getting easier. I'm sure that after more use my "problems" will disappear. The camera should have more pixels and features and I'm getting about 5-6 hours on the battery, but it's still better than my laptop. For this price both should be better. I use the Pro for business and pleasure and so far it has done everything I need it to do. It's fast and there are plenty of apps to make it extremely functional. The USB means I'm not tied to finding WiFi to access the cloud. I'm pleased with my purchase.

I really love coffee and living alone never really used my 10 cup machine. This single cup brewer is perfect for me. The variety of coffees and teas available is excellent. Some people complain about the cost but for me it's cheaper than the Wawa or Dunkin' Donuts coffee I used to buy on the way to work. Catch the k-cups on sale and it comes to $.50 a cup. That's fine with me. The coffee and tea is hot when it first comes out, but could be a tad hotter, but that's just my taste. Others I know think it's fine. In short, I'm very happy I bought it.
What's great about it: Cup of coffee or tea in about two or three minutes
What's not so great: I wish the brew was a bit hotter.
