The fact that it's being advertised as 90ms+ transfer rate has no value. the most important stat is the write speed which i think is approx 40ms. This would be good for taking pics and short non HD vid but overall if i were to rec HD vid then i would choose write speed of more than 40ms.

i originally intended this tablet for flying my dji spark but there was a delay of more than 5 seconds. i switched to my iphone and the response was quite close to real time maybe less than a 1 seconds. Still under normal use there was a log from swiping one page to the next. I would recommend the S2 tablet as my friend who has a phantom 4 uses it without any issues.

short battery life is the killer

being a beginner i found myself spending more time on getting used to the drone movements such as flying at a certain height and constantly looking at the iphone for stats. I drained 2 batteries and was able to get only 10 minutes of footage. My advise is to get the mavic due to larger battery life.
