Bush has always been a fairly formulaic band. They attempt to add some electronic flourishes, some Spanish, and some altered rhythms. At 15 songs and 57 minutes whatever works gets lost in the endless same-sounding record. Stick with the the old stuff or Man on the Run-better album.
3 albums in with their return to their original line-up TBS have grown confident in a more classic-rock approach and it shows as this is a consistent effort and one the best in 2016.
Yellowcard end their career on a high note-a band that matured and evolved as they grew older and ended it musically on their terms with a diverse and eclectic offering.
