HORRIBLE-DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY-HOLES IN WALLS

Do not waste your money and pay for this service. You would be better off installing this all by yourself. If I could give negative stars I would. They were to install all appliances this day. They drilled huge holes in our wall to put in the microwave and then when they went to put it up on the wall, the holes were drilled to low and they re-drilled the holes again! They DID NOT fix the holes and left the house with this left in our walls. They not only damaged them and ruined them but they DID NOT FIX them. No one at the store seemed to care to much and basically we were told that appliance install is one of the worst rated services in the US! Seriously excusing their behavior. They said they would work on getting them back out there to assess the damage and then fix it eventually. We don't have people parade through our home and weren't about to let the same group come back out to see what they did and assess their damage! Such a waste of time and money to pay them to install. We will NEVER purchase appliances from Best Buy again and NEVER pay for install. Extremely disappointed in the customer service we received. Seems to be a common occurrence lately at the stores.

DO NOT BUY-RACKS RUST

We have barely had this dishwasher a year and the racks have started to rust out and the finish is falling off. We paid for Geek Squad Protection and they have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help us. Apparently rust is not covered under their warranty and they won't replace the racks. An appliance that is meant to use water consistently should NEVER rust. The dishwasher does not clean dishes that well and we now have to figure out how to replace racks in order to use the dishwasher. Horrible experience!

DO NOT add this to your cell phone if you need a protection plan. I would give it 0 stars if I could. We were told many times by Best Buy that their deduction is lower than anyone else in town and would only be $50 if we ever needed our phone fixed. As opposed to Verizon who charges upward of $150. Well now that I need help getting something fixed on my phone guess what!! There isn't a $50 deduction it is now $200 to fix a phone. I am not exactly sure what we have been paying for with the protection plan? Now I am trying to cancel it and now no one seems to know how to and they want 30 days to have the refund post to my account. I will NEVER add another Geek Squad Plan to my phone. If you have an iPhone get APPLE CARE.
