I took my HP Touchsmart Desktop computer in for what I had been told was a hardware repair by both HP and Norton because of an errant cursor problem. Fortunately because of very knowledgeable and skilled Geek Squad Agents, they diagnosed and fixed the problem which was a software problem. The agents were courteous, professional and efficient. The case is very nice and works as advertised with a display on the outside before you open the case. This is very helpful in displaying phone #s when a call comes in so you know if you want to answer. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it should have more slots/pockets for credit cards etc. I have seen other cases--not for the Note 8 that do have 4 or 5 slots rather than just one.

Lacking USB Connector

I'm disappointed that this charger does not have a USB port to allow for another device to utilize it. It only has the one connector for the Note 8 which is very limiting unlike my previous car charger which allowed my husband to be able to utilize the same charger when we are in my car. Unfortunately, the way Samsung made the connector for the Note 8 I could only go with this one limiting charger. Perhaps someone else will come out with a charger for the Note 8 that also has a USB connector,

Outstanding Service Above and Beyond

I initially purchased a Samsung TV and the Samsung Sound Bar and had it installed by the Geek Squad. I was very disappointed with the TV as the sound volume stopped working after the first day on both the TV and sound bar and then in spite of all my efforts--following the manual guidelines, etc. it started working again and then stopped again after another 2 days. However, the most frustrating part was finding out that the TV did not have a Time awake feature. I have for many years used my TV as my awake alarm clock and set it to the music channel. For some strange reason, Samsung discontinued this feature on its TVs. So the TV had to be returned to Best Buy and was replaced with a Sony TV and sound bar also installed by the Geek Squad. The Geek Squad Agent went above and beyond when swapping out the Samsung TV with the Sony as my wall mount did not work with the new Sony TV and sound bar. He returned to the store and brought back a wall mount which would work and completed the install. Needless to say I was very happy and pleased with this agent going above and beyond and completing the install that day as I had a time crunch issue and would have experienced considerable inconvenience. Thank you Geek Squad and Best Buy!!!!

Purchased this TV and the Sony Sound Bar to replace an existing Sony TV. I've been very happy with TV, picture and sound quality. I particularly like the fact that Sony kept the TV Timer Awake function which has been eliminated from Samsung TVs and why I returned a Samsung TV that I initially purchased along with other problems with the Samsung TV. I like that the remote on the Sony TV has a dedicated Netflix button and a Picture off button and function that allows you to set the timer to go off for sleep purposes with no TV picture/light. I set it on the music channel and drift off to sleep. There are a lot of features to like with this TV and its remote and not just the pic quality.
