Amazing phone, but unlocked has drawbacks

This phone is beautiful. Love the large screen and the significant battery life improvement over my old phone. Cool features like playing to two Bluetooth devices at once, great low-light camera, etc.
However, I have on major complaint, and that's that VoLTE and Wi-Fi calling aren't available when using this phone with AT&T. My apartment building has pretty terrible reception, so I relied on using my Wi-Fi connection. Apparently though, AT&T won't enable these features on non-AT&T branded devices, which is really unfortunate. Apparently a lot of other carriers have the same issue.
Anyway, great phone, but I would research carefully if there are any carrier-provided features you want to use before deciding to go unlocked.

This drive is much smaller than I would have expected based on the image, about a third of the size of a normal portable drive. I got it on sale for 84.99, which was a steal compared to some of the other portable SSDs available. I use it to run virtual machines, makes file transfers to/from the host machine much faster than regular HDD, and I'm less worried about physical damage to the drive when I move it back and forth to work.

This is far more expensive than similar devices you can find online. This one is perfectly functional, but it drives me crazy that the very short AUX cable isn't detachable like in other models I've seen, which means if you have a car where the AUX port is in the center console like I do, it's a real pain to reach in there and turn it on every time, and you have to hold the button forever to turn it on. Does it let you use bluetooth in your car? Yes, but you can do better for less.

This is a phenomenal laptop. Pictures don't do the ashe-silver and bronze design justice. Touchscreen is great, WiFi is strong, keyboard has enough travel that it actually feels like typing instead of tapping. Light, powerful, and really just beautiful design. Can't go wrong.
