Well reviewed on Consumer reports which is my Bible for buying anything that I plan on keeping for longer than 6 months. Sleek case, that stores my headphones very nicely. Seems to work great thus far. Only regret I have is not shelling out more for the wireless models.

The SURFboard SB8163 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem features 16 downstream x 4 upstream channels for high-speed internet access. It is compatible with major US Cable Internet providers and is best for cable internet speed plans up to 400 Mbps.

Has someone mentioned that this modem is not 100% compatible with Time Warner Cable? It does not support IPV6 on TWC's services.

No, I had some issues getting it to work initially with Comcast, but I think that was an issue on their end. Have had no noticeable issues since.
