This Wacom Intuos Professional PTH651 pressure-sensitive pen and multitouch tablet enable simple, intuitive navigation, so you can easily create or edit a variety of digital artwork. Included downloadable software lets you begin designing right away.
We are having a great time using the tablet. It works great. It's sensitive and picks up all of your movements very well. The one thing I would say is that all of the package software works well with the exception of the AutoDesk Sketchbook. The pen and the software don't work very well together. You will have a delay between the time you place your pen down and make a mark to the time it shows up on the screen. This is a software issue. We have read online that this seems to be a common problem. The other software that comes in the package works great. It will make the marks instantly once you put the pen to the pad.
FIY: you can get the "GIMP" software free and it will take place of the Sketchbook software that's in the package.
With a 21.5" display, this Wacom Cintiq DTK2200 LCD monitor allows you to work naturally and intuitively on the screen via an electronic input pen with pressure- and tilt-sensitive technology, so you can write, draw and design with ease.
Is the product available in stores, so that I may try it out before purchasing?
Additionally, for lowest price guarantee, does this include amazon price, which is currently $90 cheaper?
No, this product is not setup anywhere in the store for you to test it out. Which sucks because it's a lot of money to spend when you have to buy it and then try it out before you are satisfied with it.
