So far this video card has been a good match. It installed easily in a new desktop used for church presentations, recommended by the presentation software. It's combined with a loaded i7 desktop with SSD drive and 24gb RAM that has performed flawlessly for all multimedia, no video stuttering. It did require a power supply upgrade to meet minimum requirement. This graphic card works well for smaller cases that can't accommodate a full 10.5" card.

According to the specs, card stock weight is not included, however, it will handle 110lb index cards, which is no different than card stock. So, my guess is it would based on this fact:
