Overall, the unit is functioning well. It does make noise, but it isn't bothersome to me (this is a preference issue -- but the noise IS noticeable). I can't get the top zone thermostat to change the temperature (default at 50 deg), but I can live with it. Packaging was good, unit arrived on time.
