Laptop all I expected..Best Buy Disappointed a bit

The Dell - Latitude 13.3 Refurbished Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 256GB Solid State Drive - is all I expected it to be. Performance is great; speed, multi-tasking, and wifi connecting.
A little disappointed in the powercord that Best Buy sent along-a generic instead of the Del original. When plugged in it hums all the time. When I called Best Buy about I was directed to come in to the store-I could not deal with it over the phone-and when I went into the store, waited in line, and spoke with a Geek Squad technician he stated that I just will not get the same performance from a generic cord as a Dell cord; and offered that a laptop really shouldn't be plugged in all the time anyway, so I could just unplug it. Then I would only have to listen to it when it was charging. Really? When I suggested that I had planned to have it on a docking station, on which it would be plugged in all the time, he just shrugged his shoulders and repeated that laptops really shouldn't be plugged in all the time.
When I was helped, by a Best Buy employee, to find a docking station for this machine, they sold me one that does not work for it, so i got to go back to the store and return it.
In summary, great machine, a little lacking in customer service and technical assistance from Best Buy and Geek Squad.
