Say whatever you have to say about Apple, but they continue to release products that just work. This 4th generation Apple TV is awesome! The ability to download apps, and the speed of processing, especially when loading shared pictures, is great! The menu is clean, fast, and modern. I am still getting used to the remote, but overall this is just another great product that works.

Great Upgrade for Macbook Pro 2009

I added this to an old Macbook Pro 2009 and the system is running way faster. Removed the old hard drive, and the difference when booting and shutting down the computer is noticeable. The process is fairly simple to do it. If you are familiar with installing the OS from a USB, or a clean install, it is worth the upgrade. I would also recommended adding the max o ram to the computer, so you can make sure you're all using it to its full potential.

I put this on my office at home, and the music quality is outstanding. I love the fact that you can connect thru the unit via Bluetooth, internet network, and Wi-Fi. You need to download the Bose app, and from there, you can synch your Spotify account and you're good to go. The sound quality is superb, and you can't believe is coming from that little box. The details and the bass are amazing. I was surprised with this product. It works better if you put it close to wall, like in a corner, to get that extra bass. I got the app also on my iMac, so I can just turn it on/off from there, and listen to music. If I need to connect to the iMAc to play YouTube videos or music that is not on Spotify, I can just use the bluetooth. Excellent product!

Fast, clean, and apps! The interface is beautiful, and the unit's response is amazing. One thing that I loved is that when I turn it back on, the Apple TV resumes where I had stopped and I just have to press play. I was delighted to download the SpeedTest app, and check the speed I was getting on the Apple TV. HBO app is awesome! Great upgrade from the previous Apple TV generations. A must product for TV lovers!

Make sure you have a HDR TV or a HDCP 2.2 Receiver

Before you purchase, make sure you have a HDR Tv or a HDCP 2.2. compatible receiver to fully enjoy the 4K UHD BD technology. I ended up returning my unit because my receiver is not HDCP 2.2. compatible, so I had to hook up the player straight on the TV. I did not see a HUGE difference between the regular 1080p blu-ray and 4K blu-ray, perhaps because my TV is not HDR. I decided to wait a little bit now that I have to upgrade my receiver, and also for a Sony UHD BD player.
