i would have to say no it does not, the reason being that things like GPS require maybe alot of wifi coverage, and or access to a LTE or a mobile service to get exact location. so the samsung C+ does not run anything but wifi, so it may have some capable features to run maps and other GPS programs but once your off a wifi or out of distance you may not have the ability to access the GPS features. i dont believe any of the chromebooks have a full GPS package, tablets are better able to handle if you get one that conects with a lte or simcard services
