I had a hard time choosing between the Roku 2 and the Roku 3. Ultimately I choose the Roku 2 because it was cheaper and for what I needed, the features were good. I really like it. I do think it can be a little slow, but I do not know how the Roku 3 would compare as far as speed. Overall, it does everything that I need it to.
