Best Buy staff was very helpful and knowledgable, they recommended this product for me because of the audio/videos skips and frozen screens I went through while watching a movie. I inserted the product disk, followed the commands, and it was done in no time... Very easy to use, no more problems, thanks you. The price may be a bit high, but you can't find the quality of service hardly anymore. it's worth the extra bucks after all.

Gone to buy extra external drive, I shopped on line and gone to diff onsite stores looking for an external drive for the right price, of all on site stores there were very few staff members available to help me locate the product, but no there was one who could help me find what Iam looking for by the time I found it the price was not so right left empty handed, when I arrived to Best Buy I was welcomed by the staff member as I walked in, and directed to where I can find the product right-away, went to the dept and another staff member assisted me to the location of the products in question, and they help me determine which product would be best for me based on the info I provided to the staff member, I was in and out of the store in no time at all, the product did exactly what I needed for. Thank you for having great customer service and knowledgable staff.. Will definitely continue shopping at Best Buy.

Used this product for my Mac mini late 2009 model super drive, originally my drive won't load or recognized any DVDs nor CDs. I tried several DVD cleaners from several locations supplies or inventory are very limited, hard to find. All of them were used with no resolution.still won't mount, load or recognized, it just spins for about a minute then ejects the disk. Then I thought the drive went bad. I went to Best buy to buy an external optical drive. While looking for the drive I found this product. I decided to give this product one final try. Went home, inserted the disk, there was a pop up screen then my iTunes opened the disk was mounted and recognized and it cleaned my optical drive with in7 minutes or so automatically by it self, when finished it ejected, I tried music CD and later DVD movie. Both worked wonderfully both disk mounted, loaded and recognized there were no skips/audio/videos issues at all.brand new feel.. Very happy with the product. Next time if I ever have any kind of issues with my electronic devices. I will drop by Best Buy first. Thank you Best Buy of having this product available for purchase.
