Verified Purchase:Yes

Liquids not staying as cold or hot as described. My hot tea was lukewarm after 5 hours instead of hot at 12 hours as described on packaging. My iced cold water was getting lukewarm by 12 hours instead of staying cold at 24 hours. Also outside surface already scuffed with normal usage.
