We watched this movie on Christmas eve and it made the evening events for the kids more exciting. Good movie for young and old. Great movie for the holidays!
This was a good movie and I was surprised at Travis Tritt the actor, not just an exceptionable singer. It's all in the voice when he sings, but he does alright acting too.
I like Al Pacino and this is an exciting movie with him as the main character. I like thrilling and exciting movies that keep you on the edge of your seat. GOOD FLICK!
This set brings together every episode from the fourth season of Hell on Wheels, the western series starring Anson Mount} as a veteran of the Confederate army who now works with a traveling group who assist the people creating the transcontinental railroad.
I have all the previous seasons and enjoy watching them from time to time. I will impatiently be waiting for the series to continue and will, of course, purchase the next season on dvd.. Good series on TV are hard to find at a good price like BestBuy offers.
I have always been a fan of Charles Bronson and Jill Ireland. This is a good set of their finer western type movies. Glad to find the "From Noon Till Three" in the combo--couldn't find it in a single movie form.
I always liked te 007 movies with Sean Connery in them and I guess my taste has not changed. This was a good action based 007 movie even if Connery was not the lead actor.
One of the great psychological thrillers of all time, Rosemary's Baby comes to DVD with a solid 1.66:1 widescreen anamorphic transfer that does justice to the foreboding visuals. English and French soundtracks are presented in Dolby Digital Mono. English subtitles as well as closed-captions are available. Extra features include a making-of featurette and exclusive retrospective interviews with director Roman Polanski, executive producer Robert Evans, and production designer Richard Sylbert. Those seeking additional information on the making of the film would do well to watch Visions of Light, a documentary about cinematography in which this film's director of photography, William A. Fraker, discusses the filmmaking genius of Polanski.
This is one from the days I was in high school and it was scary then and made you wonder about your "kind and interested" neighbors. Glad to have it in my collection now.
I remember watching WAGON TRAIN after school at home before supper. it is a good set of the original TV series and has the good actors from TV series too.
