Cheap price for good computer!!!!!!!

The shipping was extremely fast it came in the next day and I picked it up and started using it as soon as i got home. Computer boots fast and is quiet. It is not hot at all it runs really cool.

Can this desktop handle fallout 4? I'm looking to get into pc gaming and know nothing.

Will this give me the error message no longer accepting updates from Windows or Google? I am poor and we have a very old computer and I want to surprise the kids for Christmas.
