I decided to have the geek squad set up my new laptop, to save me the time and trouble. Because I had signed up for the total care package, it didn’t cost me anything extra. I bought my laptop late in the day, so the set up was completed by late morning the next day. Although there was some confusion – I got emails telling me that it would be ready the following day, when I knew it should be that day - Once I navigated the phone system to speak to someone at the store, I was assured that my laptop would be ready that day. The person helping me when I got the laptop made sure that I understood everything, was patient and explained very well the answers to all of my questions.

This HP laptop converts to a tablet very easily, and is easy to use in both positions. I really like the layout and feel of the keyboard in laptop mode. The sound quality is good, and so far the speed has been impressive, in terms of how quickly it boots up and moves between programs. I’ve only had it a couple of weeks so I haven’t really put it too much of a test yet. Although it’s large in size it is relatively light.

This is my first smart phone. I like the size of the SE. I find it easy to hold in my hand, and it fits well into my pocket or my purse. For me the screen is plenty large enough. It took me a while to learn how to use it, with some help from my friends, but now I wonder how I lived without it. It takes great pictures and video in many different settings. It's got a lot of power for web search and other functions simultaneously. I am doing this review on the phone using my voice instead of typing it and that works well for me.
