Home delivery was the worst.

My four hour home delivery window became 5 hours without any kind of contact from Best Buy or the the delivery company regarding their extreme lateness. I had to call three times to get any information and I continued to get inaccurate time estimates for arrival from the Best Buy representative that was communicating with the delivery company. When the delivery finally did arrive, after I'd been waiting at home for 5 hours, the delivery men said nothing about being late. I'll never do home delivery through Best Buy again.
