They are not wireless

I waited for about a week very anxious to get my new hearing aids. These hearing aids buy them as they needed a wireless product to perform sports without any problem.
When they arrived it takes a very great disillusionment to see that they are NOT WIRELESS.
I do not know if the quality is good, because I do not use them to be able to exchange them for another product at Best Buy.
