I got the fan at a fair price and works well, no problem there. I have another copper colored fan and it copper colored. this 2 fans were supposed to be copper colored, but they are more of a dark gray. It is not copper colored for sure.I am happy with the fans, but do not expect them to have a copper tone.

I have never had problems with samsung products. I am sure this is very was a one time thing. I connected the speaker and subwoofer, and the subwoofer had very low volume. I got online with samsung customer service chat line.I was told to run some tests and still did not work. I was online with tech for about 2 hours. He finally told me there was a internal problem with the subwoofer. I had no choice but to return it to Best Buy..

I installed the 2 cameras, I was concerned with one camera it was150 ft away for reciever and had a brick wall between them. To my surprise both cameras came on with clear picture. I had to have 2 more cameras so I bought 2 from Best Buy. Easy install. I am very happy with my lorex camera system. Thanks.
