Easy to Use

Had a problem with the first one, but it was replaced without any problem. The new one works perfectly. I don't use the Dashboard; just prefer to copy what I'm backing up into a file and then dragging it over to the Backup Plus Slim. I run the backup weekly which works for me.

I'm a smoker and I have cats. Needed something to help eliminate the smoke and help with dander and dust. I usually keep the fan at 2 or 3 and its nice and quiet. Even if I had it up at 6, it's not too bad. My apartment is going to be renovated and I wanted this to help with the smoke smell in a freshly painted place. I have a studio apartment and this model works great for the size.
