Picked two of these up. One worked immediately the other failed to sync. Contacted support, the first person was useless, the second person give me a few instructions and then said they would be sending me a new one via USPS, it would ship in 3-5 days, and take 4-7 days to arrive. Really? Two weeks to get a new one? So I asked support if I could return the unit to Best Buy. The rep then spent five minutes explaining that I should not do this. I told the rep, I need this working tile today, not in two weeks. The rep then said someone would get back to me withing 24-48 hours to let me know what I should do. that was over a month ago. Never heard back, I researched online and found a way to reset the Bluetooth and did and it worked. Both tiles work fine. However I would NOT buy these again and would recommend everyone to stay away as if these. Support is terrible.

Our professional installers will connect your new washer, install an anti-tip bracket, ensure it's leveled and test it for basic operation.

Going from the last versions of the push button machines from 12 years ago to this, WHAT A CHANGE. I am amazed at the small amount of water and energy these take to get a load clean. Let alone, they get items cleaner than I have seen before. Be smart, read the directions, leave the washer door open when done for the day so it drys out and you will be very happy. The auto sensing load mode is amazing. Oh wait, a set of sheets in 18 minutes, yes please.

I have a two level house with two thermostats. If I purchase two of these units, will they be connected to one control in the app, or will they show as two different units. In addition if sensors are added, can I track the temp one all devices?
Hello - They will be two units, but controlled in the same app interface, you could just use 1st floor and 2nd floor or whatever you wanted to call them. The sensors are tied to a unit so if you had a sensor on the 1st floor you would tie it to that unit.

Yes you can, you can group any or all speakers to any source you have in the Sonos app. I do this all the time during baseball season so I can listed to the game while in other rooms even if I cannot see the television.
