Dishwasher was missing parts

The dishwasher was an open box but still it was warrantied and turns out it was missing a couple of essential parts that the installer did not catch and it took 2 weeks and some non helpful Best Buy employees but a very helpful Geek squad to get it to function. Now it works great and is very quiet. I recommend the actual product.

Have an Installer quickly and professionally install a new water supply line and shut-off valve. We will install a manufacturer supplied water filter or new water filter, if purchased. We will also level the new appliance and demonstrate the basic operation.

Did not catch missing parts

The actual installation was okay except the dishwasher was missing a couple of critical pieces and they did not catch it and so the dishwasher was not usable for a couple of weeks.
I recommend only because of we had done it on our own it would have been even worse to deal with the issue.
